CHANS Home Health Care is very pleased to welcome Becky Rosen, RN, MS as our new Director of Clinical Services. Becky has been working with the Quality Improvement Department at CHANS since this past summer, and in that time developed a strong working relationship with the clinical staff, and has been impressed with the quality of direct patient care and the expertise and dedication of the staff.
“Living in Freeport I have heard my neighbors rave about the in-home care received by CHANS staff, and then seeing first-hand the quality of the care provided from my former position at CHANS, led me to apply for the Clinical Director position,” states Rosen, “I am excited about helping lead CHANS; I feel very positive about the services and staff, and am pleased to be acting in a larger role at CHANS.”

Rosen brings to CHANS over 20 years of leadership in home health and hospice programs; with progressive responsibilities in the development and oversight of Medicare certified programs, development of operational procedures, clinical policies, and quality initiatives. In addition, she has a keen understanding of Federal, State, and agency regulations pertaining to the delivery of quality home care services which match perfectly with CHANS’ long standing Joint Commission Accreditation as well as deficiency-free State surveys.
Rosen comes to CHANS after four years with Hospice of Southern Maine as their Clinical Services Director and before that, 12 years with Community Health and Counseling Services in Bangor.
