Spring 2022 Successful Aging Expos in Maine

Mature Mainers of any age are invited to attend three Successful Aging Expos planned for spring 2022. All expos are free to attend, no registration required, and run from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

The Southern Maine Successful Aging Expo, May 5, 2022, is at the Italian Heritage Center, 40 Westland Ave. in Portland. The free expo will feature Covid booster shots (please bring your insurance and immunization card), 30+ exhibitors, talks and free coffee. Door prizes and demos make for a fun and free day. Many thanks to The Salvation Army and Avita of Stroudwater/Stroudwater Lodge for sponsoring the expo.

The MidCoast Successful Aging Expo is at the Elk’s Lodge, 210 Rankin St., in Rockland on Thursday, May 19, 2022.  Join us for a day of exhibitor information, talks and a chance to get questions answer from expert resources ranging from insurance and estate planning to home care and senior communities.

The Andy Valley Successful Aging Expo is June 1, 2022 at the Ramada Inn, 490 Pleasant St. in Lewiston. Visit to check out area resources for older Mainers and their families. With several dozen exhibitors, there will be many opportunities to get your questions answers on home care, senior communities, insurance, hearing help and much more.

Hosted by on-line resource Maine Senior Guide, the expo runs from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. and features 25+ exhibitors. Plenty of free parking is available.
