About Louise and Perian
Dr. Louise Bryant graduated from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic in May of 2010, and is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic from the State of Maine Board of Chiropractic Licensure. While at the University of Bridgeport she also completed her requirements for a Masters degree in Human Nutrition.
Dr. Bryant is a native of Maine. In 2000 she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Husson University in Bangor Maine where she played soccer and softball. In 2003 she received a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine from the University of Southern Maine in Gorham, Maine. She worked as a personal trainer in Boston for 3 years before beginning her chiropractic education. As a personal trainer she has experience training clients with a wide variety of fitness levels, teaching group exercise classes, and counseling clients on healthy eating and exercise. She enjoys running, hiking, weight training, skiing, yoga, and competing in road races. She has completed numerous 5k and 10k road races as well as the Walt Disney half marathon in 2006, the Fairfield half marathon in Fairfield, CT in 2009, and the Philadelphia half marathon in 2009.
Perian Moore is a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer in the mid-coast region. Perian is certified through USM Lifeline program, the YMCA, Spin certified and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies with a focus in human sciences. Ms. Moore has 19 years of experience addressing client’s health and fitness goals.
In addition to working as a freelance trainer at various gyms and privates homes Perian has worked for Medical Rehabilitation Associates of Lewiston Maine Facilitating patient’s end phase of treatment. Before Perian opened InspireME in 2005, she worked as the Personal Trainer Coordinator at the Auburn YMCA.
