Arbor Terrace
Arbor Terrace is a 41 bed assisted living facility dedicated to providing the highest level of service and support for seniors. Our credo is simple: respect, dignity, independence, and personal growth. Located just minutes from historic downtown Gardiner, Arbor Terrace assists seniors in maintaining their independence by participating in every facet of life; our residents’ goals are our goals.
More than just places to live, the Arbor Terrace community is designed to offer seniors a sense of community and home. Residents are encouraged to be as self-reliant as possible, to exercise individual choice, and to participate in programs of their choice as much as they want. Supported by expert, dedicated caregivers, seniors enjoy the independence and dignity they need to truly live with assistance.
We provide supported living services 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Comprehensive services include:
- Medication assistance – we have a state of the art medication administration system that optimizes safety and accuracy by providing the right medication, to the right person, at the right time
- Three meals and healthy snacks daily
- Bathing and dressing assistance
- Transportation to medical appointments
- Full housekeeping and laundry services
- Banking and financial assistance, if requested
- Wellness Program which offers group and individual activities that focus on the six dimensions of personal wellness: Social, Emotional, Intellectual, Physical, Spiritual and Vocational
- Free internet access and computer use
Arbor Terrace offer both private and semi-private bedrooms and multiple resident recreation common areas throughout the facility. The large outdoor terrace at Arbor Terrace is often a favorite gathering place of residents and visitors during the warmer seasons.

What I like best about Arbor Terrace are the friendships I’ve made. I love the activities we have. I enjoy going out to eat, going on scenic drives, playing bingo, and the list goes on and on. Arbor Terrace is very homey. The staff is very nice and I can easily communicate with them. This has been my first place away from home.
