Located in the historic city of Hallowell, Hillside Terrace’s 19?bed residence provides personalized services in an intimate setting to seniors who require assistance with activities of daily living but do not need the skilled or complex services of a nursing facility.

All rooms are private with a private bathroom. Each is equipped with emergency call system and fire safety system.

At Hillside Terrace, residents enjoy a close-knit community and the opportunity to participate in activities and programs encourage interaction while maintaining independence.  The interior boasts period details like stained glass windows, marble fireplaces, hardwood floors, bay windows and opulent, ten-foot ceilings. In warm weather, residents enjoy our meticulously manicured landscaping and rock gardens, featuring a changing palate of flowers and ornamental trees.
