Technology help for seniors is at hand! If you’ve been annoyed, frustrated, bothered or burdened by your “smart” devices like iPhones and iPads, then this iMovie workshop is for you!
This iMovie workshop for Boomers will teach you tips and tricks for working with your Apple device. You can use iPad, iPhone or Apple laptop and the application iMovie to create and edit videos. Technology help for seniors is part of the iMovie Workshop Saturday, November 15, at the Freeport Public Library. You’ll be able to record your loved ones and friends or make short videos for business. You can even add hobby or instructional videos to YouTube or FaceBook! Become video-proficient and make better use of your technology with this day long workshop, taught by local experts from BoomerTECH.
The iMovie Workshop features instruction and hands-on demonstrations from 9 a.m. – noon. Attendees have lunch together (provided) and then work from 1-3 p.m. on practice videos and editing with the instructors. The $100 fee includes workshop, lunch and additional resources and information.
The experts from BoomerTECH have developed technology help for seniors that allows Boomers to learn their devices at their own pace. You can defeat the frustration and anxiety of new equipment, and access resources to continue learning.
