Politics! Personally, I’m a little tired of all the blustering. I wish there was a survey you could take, a series of questions that you’d answer to clarify your own stand on any particular issue, and in the end, presto! out would come a slip of paper that would tell you which candidate most closely represents your views.
Wishful thinking. That said, AARP has outlined the stands our five gubenatorial candidates have taken on several questions important to seniors, ranging from support for increased home resources to discrimenatory insurance premiums. Check out the voter’s guide and learn more about the people who want to be our next Governor. You can type in your address and the guide will give you information on your local Congressional candidates as well.
