Free chair massage? Sign me up!
February 2010 – I’m excited about a free health workshop available in Freeport next week, partially because I like a bargain, but mostly because it will offer a quick snapshot on my current health status, and some guidance toward optimal health.
The event is A Girl’s Night Out sponsored by Parkview Hospital on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at the Freeport Hilton Garden Inn at 5 Park Street. It’s free, and from 6-8:30 p.m., but requires registration, which you can do on-line.
This is a great opportunity to spend some time with your mother/daughter and learn about healthy options in nutrition, exercise and stress control.
Keynote speaker is Jenifer Lloyd from the Maine affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, the night includes a fashion show from Coldwater Creek, and there are free health screenings from cholesterol to a dermascan. Not to mention free chair massages and raffle prizes!
