Looking for senior health fairs in Maine in October 2021?

Mature Mainers of any age are invited to attend the  Successful Aging Expos in October 2021 around the state of Maine. Senior health fairs often feature blood pressure booths, fall prevention and balance information, and diabetes and other health guidance. Enjoy free coffee all day. We’ll be following all current CDC guidelines, which probably means you should plan on masks. Come for an hour or stay all day!

  • Hilton Garden Inn, Freeport, Wednesday, October 6, 2021, from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m . The free expo features senior-focused companies like Medicare insurance plans, senior communities, home health care, and much more. Four speakers will share information in the speaker’s gallery. The Hilton Garden Inn is at 5 Park Street. Hosted by on-line resource Maine Senior Guide, the expo runs from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. and features 20+ exhibitors. The Salvation Army and Aetna Medicare are sponsors. Plenty of free parking is available.
  • Augusta Armory, Augusta, Wednesday, October 20, 2021, from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m . Join us for a first-year expo at this spacious armory with plenty of free parking. Enjoy coffee, talks and exhibitors. Four speakers will share information in the speaker’s gallery. The Armory  is at 179 Western Ave. Hosted by on-line resource Maine Senior Guide, the expo runs from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. and features 20+ exhibitors. The Salvation Army is a sponsor.
