We’re back to LIVE senior expos! We’re delighted to announce the Andy Valley Successful Aging Expo on June 9, 2021, at the Ramada Inn in Lewiston; and the MidCoast Successful Aging Expo June 15, 2021, at the Elk’s Lodge in Rockland.
Mature Mainers of any age are invited to attend the senior expos from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. The Successful Aging Expos are free, with no registration required, and plenty of free parking. There will be free coffee and treats.
The Ramada Inn, 490 Pleasant St. in Lewiston, is serving breakfast in their restaurant if you want to plan a morning out! If you attend the Rockland expo, you can purchase lunch at the Elk’s Canteen. (Lunch is not being served at the restaurant in the Ramada.)
The free expos features senior-focused companies like Medicare insurance plans, senior communities, home health care, hearing assistance, estate management and senior travel. Four speakers will share information in the speaker’s gallery, and an appraiser will be appraising antiques.
Hosted by on-line resource Maine Senior Guide, the expo runs from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. and features 20+ exhibitors. The Salvation Army is a sponsor of Lewiston. The Salvation Army and AAA Northern New England are sponsoring Rockland. Plenty of free parking is available.
There is so much going on for mature Mainers that it’s an exciting time to explore options.
